Rental Period:
The rental period of the dress means the period of time agreed to when booking the dress via the website, example: a 3 day rental period, 5 day rental period or 7 day rental period.
The rental period begins immediately after the dress has been confirmed as delivered by our courier service.
It is the client’s sole responsibility for the safekeeping of the dress throughout the duration of the rental period.
Dresses are tracked by our courier service the day they are due back in the post. Upon confirmation by our courier service that the dress has been posted, the client’s rental period will then end.
If the dress is returned late, a fee of 10 euro per day is required from the client.
Cleaning Fee:
The cost of dry-cleaning before and after wear is included within Belle’s Boutique hire prices. Dry-cleaning occurs before the dress is received by the client and after it has been returned.
If the dress has been returned heavily stained, Belle’s Boutique reserves the right to contact the client and charge a 15 euro stain removal and dry-cleaning fee.
If the dress is damaged beyond repair, the client will be contacted and the full retail price of the dress will be required by the client.
Clients should not attempt to dry-clean the dress themselves.
Cancellations:
If it is a case the dress a client has booked becomes unavailable for any circumstance, the client will be contacted and an alternative or full refund will be offered.
If the client wishes to cancel their rental, the payment will be refunded.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date of the commencement of the rental period to receive a refund.
If the client contacts Belle’s Boutique after the dress has been shipped, we cannot issue a refund or cancellation of the dress. The full rental payment will be required by the client.
Courier Service:
All dresses are sent through An Post tracked postage. The standard delivery time is within 1-3 days. When booking a rental, please allow enough time for delivery.
A prepaid returns label will be provided in the box, clients are required to post their dress back using this label. If for any reason the label has been lost by the client, please contact Belle’s Boutique immediately.
Faulty Item:
Please contact Belle’s Boutique immediately if the wrong item or dress is stained etc upon arrival.
If reported immediately this allows us enough time to amend the issue with the client.
If the client wishes to wear the dress despite the issue, a discretionary discount will be applied.
By booking a rental via Belle’s Boutique, the client agrees to the aforementioned terms and conditions. It is the client’s sole responsibility for the safekeeping of the dress during their rental period and to ensure the dress is returned within the scheduled time period.
Belle’s Boutique reserves the right to make any amendments to the aforementioned terms and conditions.
